Five minutes. At the end you have a branded portal and a dashboard with your buyers behind it.

About the data in this demonstration Your new broker inherits the demonstration buyers of one of the sample brokers, so the dashboard has something to show from the first minute. In the real product your buyers start empty and grow with your invitations.
